Ipsita Tripathy is a BCBA, bringing with her wealth of experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis(ABA), Autism Spectrums Disorder (ASD) and Mental Health Counseling. She has worked across Universities, mental health research organizations, hospitals, schools and also with the corporate. At HOPE, she leads assessments, supervises the team of Instructor Therapists and works in collaboration with speech therapists, psychologists and academic professionals. She is passionate about creating goals that are socially significant for her clients and feels that parent involvement and working as a team is the key to achieving these goals. When she is not working, she loves reading, travelling and binge watching TV shows.
